Remedial Massage Therapy

At Optima Sports Medicine all of our Remedial Massage Therapists have experience and training in working with the sports elite and also clinical application of soft tissue techniques. This experience and knowledge is applied by these Practitioners to all patients, whether they present with typical neck and shoulder tension, to athletes (social or elite) striving for performance enhancement.
