Optima Sports Medicine has a tier structure of clinicians, so fees are based on level of expertise and experience. Many of our clinicians specialise in a particular body part or sport, but all are qualified to treat any conditions.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the difficulty of obtaining preferred appointment times with clinicians, a cancellation fee will be charged for any appointments that are not attended or when less than 24 hours notice is given.
It would be appreciated if you call us as soon as possible to let us know that you are unable to attend your appointment. This allows time to organise another client to fill the appointment.
Your clinician's time is valuable so if you do not attend or if you cancel without 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled fee.
